Professional Experience: |
I have over fifteen years of experience in the field of leadership and management of educational programming at the local, national and international levels. In this time, I have served as a content expert on educational learning standards, practitioner pedagogy and community engagement. Currently, I work directly with education practitioners providing oversight to programs, training stakeholders on applicable standards and evaluating the feasibility of education-based objectives.
I have worked as a consultant and subject matter expert at an international level reviewing and coordinating programs and curricula to ensure sustainability; as well as assisting in capacity building related to educational workforces. This experience has allowed me to hone my skills in diplomacy and effective communication which enables me to relate on a multitude of levels with a variety of diverse individuals.
