I am a graduate of ENSEA (Ecole Nationale Supérieure de Statistique et d’Economie Appliquée) with a Master degree in statistics and economy and I possess theoretical and practical knowledge reinforced by experience in the areas of research management, statistics, economics, finance, project management and monitoring & evaluation (including impact evaluation) gained over the years within various consulting and research firms.
I have more than 6 years of work experience. During my work experience, I had the opportunity to:
- manage end-to-end projects;
- carry out several types of qualitative and quantitative studies both with individuals, public and private organizations;
- recruit, train and manage several data collection and quality control team;
- manage budgets associated with projects conducted;
- interact with partners, government officials and other key stakeholders;
- presenting research findings at public forums, including to non-research focused audiences;
- manage and train team of fellows, analysts and senior analysts;
- work in several countries including Côte d'Ivoire, Burkina Faso, Benin, Senegal and Rwanda;
- work in an international environment.
