- Partner with business (Finance, Business Intelligence and Data Analytics, Delta focus areas such as Public Sector, Africa China Banking and Agriculture) to analyze and report on the financial impact of decisions across the business

Business Planning
- Actively translate the group strategy, plan and cascade the targets into operational plans for the Office of the
- CEO and CFVO
- Implement cost savings interventions in the Office of the Chief Financial Value Officer and Chief Executive Officer
- Support the preparation, control and monitoring of the rolling forecast for the Office of the CEO and CFVO so that expenditure is in line with the bank’s financial requirements
- Identify opportunities to create efficiencies and reduce total costs, managing the processes to identify the opportunities.
- Identify costs and services, which could be performed by capabilities and functions that are in other countries
- Conduct detail analysis to improve the cost to income ratio
Stakeholder Relations
- Serve link between the CEO, CFVO and all stakeholders and ensure effective relationship and liaison between the Office of the Chief Financial Value Officer, Human Capital, Internal and External Reporting teams, Information Technology (IT), Risk and Governance business units.
Technology and Architecture
- Utilise technology forecasting and modelling tools (SAP analytical Cloud, Power BI) to perform scenario assessments and gather insights on revenue forecasts, financial metrics and risk impairment to incorporate into insights reporting to the CEO, CFVO and Group leadership to facilitate
