Internationally Certified SME Financing and Microfinance Expert and Monitoring & Evaluation Specialist with more than 15 years of progressive experience in Microfinance, SME product design, loan portfolio management, livelihoods rehabilitation, and monitoring & evaluation (M&E). His significant achievements include successfully co-leading the design and implementation of the major microfinance institution in Lebanon, Al Majmoua’s SME unit operations and monitoring and evaluation system, co-designing the DFID-funded Subsidized Temporary Employment Program (STEP), in addition to successfully implementing multiple external evaluations and local market assessments.
Highly analytical results-driven professional: Mr. Antonios possesses a strong and demonstrated commitment to financial empowerment initiatives targeting vulnerable populations of refugees, women, and youth. Mr. Antonios has substantial expertise in designing and leading projects in the MENA region, providing on-going evaluation for the adaptation of financial models that consistently produce efficient and sustainable results in different cultural contexts.
As a seasoned mentor, Mr. Antonios provides a wide range of services that includes coaching loan officers on SME analysis and financing best practices as well as M&E training to junior and project staff.
