For the last 11 years, I've provided high-level consulting services in Strategic Leadership, Business Growth, Program Development & Management for Impact -driven businesses and organizations.
I work to create a world where every man, woman, or child has the opportunity to and is equipped and empowered to live from their optimal potential while support helping leaders and executives in building high-performing, high-growth, and sustainably healthy businesses & organizations.
I bring vast experience in working with High-level Government Leaders, Mainstreaming Gender & Social Inclusion, Youth and Employment Reframing. In particular, I have managed teams of up 300 persons, designed & managed livelihood programs, and developed proposals that brought in over 30 million dollars grants and/or Investments.
I have additional expertise in conducting feasibility studies, needs & impact assessments, training, design, planning, content strategy & implementation, baseline to end-line evaluation, including managing and analyzing data for private enterprises, institutions of higher learning, government agencies, and international development consulting firms, and international organizations such as UNDP, UNICEF, UNCHR, UNOPS, USAID, AfDB, IFC, Word of Life, UNESCO, Etc.
I advise impact-driven entrepreneurs & executives, on creating exponential growth in their businesses or organizations without compromising their values or sacrificing their health, wellbeing, or relationships. For some this means helping them transition from corporate to entrepreneurship; and for others, it’s about helping them create and execute the right strategies that will create the kind of growth they seek.
Leveraging my multitiered experiences, and training in financial modeling, and Impact Investing, I also support investors, foundations, and philanthropists make sound investments into companies, organizations, and funds with the intention to generate measurable, beneficial social or environmental impact alongside a financial return.
Skills/Knowledge:
• Extensive knowledge and understanding of key Stakeholders, including African Government and private sector players;
• Knowledge of USAID/ UN regulations, policies, and procedures of other international donors
• Knowledge or understanding of social, economic, and political contexts governing youth entrepreneurship, and workforce development.
• Demonstrated interpersonal skills, creative problem solving, and ethical management skills.
• Strong, detailed-oriented financial and operational management skills
• Experience working with indigenous local communities, small businesses, farmers, local NGOs, and research organizations.
• Computer literate in word processing, spreadsheet, and presentation software (Microsoft)
• Excellent written and oral communication skills; Fluent English & Basic French language skills
