-Administrator responsible for the implementation of the Faro Convention, with specific focus on community based civil society initiatives and local sustainable development and an emphasis on the inclusion of minority communities.
-Led the Joint Project EU/ CoE COMUS project in Armenia, Belarus, Georgia, Republic of Moldova and Ukraine.
-Led the Joint Project EU/ CoE Support to the Promotion of Cultural Diversity (based in Pristina, Kosovo)
-Managed files for the Local Economic Development initiatives in South East Europe.

2007-2009 - INDEPENDENT CONSULTANT

Kosovo (Intersos) – strategic planning and capacity development of local stakeholders providing direct services to IDPs and refugees in ex-Yugoslavia and Lebanon.

Cyprus (International Centre for Migration Policy Development - ICMPD/ European Union)
Provided technical support to over 100 civil society organizations / informal groups on project design and planning, and strategic planning for the EU funds. Carried out a mapping exercise of local organizations and their needs to be addressed by follow-up programs.

Belgium (ICMPD / UNDP) – Provided conceptual input and practical experience on capacity building for small scale actors in the area of project management and design for EU/UN Migration and Development Initiatives implemented in 16 countries.

Syria/Lebanon (Intersos) – Conducted assessment missions and designed a program in the Syrian Arab Republic to address needs and conditions of Iraqi refugees and asylum seekers.

Turkey (UNHCR field office Istanbul) – Researched and developed project proposal to meet the integration needs of Chechen refugees residing in Istanbul. Provided training for local personnel on project design and planning.
