• Proven success in realization of the projects in various domains: Human Security, Social Protection and Conflict Prevention including inter-ethnic integration, ICT4D, Rule of Law, Education, Chernobyl recovery, HIV/AIDS, Gender, Border management, including contact lines with the territories with limited recognition; international waters, including conflict zones; cross-border territories with the special regime, Sustainable Development, climate change, biodiversity and land degradation, hazardous waste and substances control, including in the large private sector industries, natural and man-made disaster risk reduction and mitigation, regional social and economic development, infrastructure rehabilitation), Energy Reform, Recovery of the Territories affected by the military conflict, including water and sanitary actions;
• Proven success in the creation and managing of the working teams and relations in different levels from grassroots to highest level governmental, political and business officials.
• Proven success in establishing and maintaining relations with national and international partners/institutions (central and local governments, elected central and local authorities, the business community, UN system, diplomatic, development and commercial missions) and IFIs (World Bank, IFC, EBRD, EIB);
• Proven success in the mobilization of resources of national and international origin.
