Education:

Global exposure to managing relationships and results through continual on job learning and training. Degree in History, Diploma and lecturer in Strategic HR, practitioner in community engagement, change management and people skills.

Affiliations and Achievements:

Change manager and large scale executive facilitator for international organizations seeking to fully engage all stakeholders in new strategic thinking in the context of rapid and chaotic change.

Facilitating a common vision with divided post conflict communities has been a passion and now a practice, based on my exposure to post conflict contexts. I am a practitioner of 'getting the whole system in the room' to plan sustainable change supported by learning communities for Future Search and other powerful systems approaches.

My facilitation includes widening stakeholder consultation for international organizations in Ethiopia, Bosnia and the Middle East. My innovative contributions include the design and development of projects and teams for large scale dispersed global projects, and the piloting (design and training of a new impact measuring system) of Monitoring and Evaluation methods for global roll out by international NGOs.

Successful design and delivery of innovative high quality projects represent 20 years of practice. These include supporting the creation of an African Al Jazeera, designing a second generation scaling up of a Young Arab Analysts project and launching a seminal pan Africa conference on language in development.

Innovative social entrepreneurship to connect the powerful and powerless in each community I have served has become a passion.

Contributing to the design, development and pilot of a global leadership program based on community leadership skills by Africans for Africa still resonates, as does my work with the Silk industry in the Ferghana Valley in Uzbekistan.
