Professional Experience:
Having experience of more than 15 years in supply managements and Logistics in the United Nations Mission, I have become qualified, dedicated and experienced in the humanitarian field.
My most recent role has been the coordination of all aspects of Supply, Logistic Operations, Strategic Planning and Management in Bukavu, Goma, Uvira, Bujumbura and mostly South Kivu which is East part of DR Congo serving for MONUSCO United Nations and WFP (World Food Program), ICRC and other NGOs humanitarian relief organization in order to tackle with Epidemic outbreaks, Nutritional crisis, Ethnic Conflicts, Natural disasters and refugee crisis.
My mission in DR Congo has seen me plan, implement, evaluate and report on programs that provide both immediate emergency relief and sustainable local development. Analysis and oversight of logistics funds in the field to ensure adequate resourcing of operations and optimal cost efficiency for MONUSCO operations. I did regular Security Risk Analysis (SRA) according to UN Standards, plus, audits for financial analysis and budget reviews, logistics budgets and cost estimates while supervising 7 direct subordinates and creating daily task orders for our Flight Crew, Transport team, MOVCON, Fuel Unit and Blue Helmet contingents in our fields.
Besides, I did and I was responsible for providing planning logistics and security risk management and analysis for our daily flight, ferry and road operation TO/FROM Bukavu, Goma, Uvira, Bujumbura.
My previous experience before the United Nations was serving as Manager and Coordinator in a humanitarian field focusing on responding to Afghan refugee crisis in the borderline of Iran-Afghanistan-Pakistan. I was playing in 2 roles simultaneously in the field and in headquarters in Tehran. Back in Tehran I was responsible to negotiate and persuade Iranian authorities in order to obtain the related permissions to supply and execute our humanitarian aids to Afghan Refugees. Plus, collaborating with a team of volunteer students to teach Afghan refugees basic literacy (Reading, Writing, Math, and IT skills) in Iran.
I possess excellent organizational skills and ability to maintain the big picture while attending to details. I am an excellent communicator, with an ability to manage large teams of people while remaining calm and positive under pressure especially in what can be difficult or traumatic situations.
I enjoy working in a fast-paced environment where things always change quickly and I have the capacity to change with them. I am very flexible to adopting and conforming to host cultures and quickly learning their languages. I am also fully conversant with IT skills and possess a sound knowledge of MS programs such as Word, Excel, and Outlook.

The ILU-MBA is research-based while being offered on part-time basis. It targets both new Bachelor graduates and already working adults who aspire to higher leadership and managerial positions, in region and internationally. Program Concentrates on MBA-Strategic Management.

2) Transport and Aviation Engineer (ICAO), 2008
Involves Logistics and planning, control, optimization and execution of material, information and cash flows in systems, networks and processes. It also includes value-added services related to logistics, in addition to the transport, handling and storage of goods and merchandise.
