• Attended a training programme for EDC H type Pump Calibration Machine by M/s Bosch ,Germany in KPTC, Kuwait for 4 days from June 10th and completed on 13 June 2007
• Attended a training programme for Necessary Knowledge to estimate the operating conditions of WABCO Air Brake Systems with WABCO ABS. After this training , to handle the trouble shoot with Defects and work with the PC Diagnostics by M/s WABCO,Germany in Dubai from 24th October 2007 and completed on 25th October 2007.
• Attended a training programme for Basic Knowledge in Lubricants conducted by M/s EMIRATES NATIONAL OIL COMPANY, DUBAI during March 2011 at Kuwait

• Attended a course for Certified Quality Manager at IIQM, Jaipur during 1st July 2002 to 12th July”2002 and successfully qualified.
• Attended and passed the IATCA Compliant ISO 9000:2000 series auditor/ Lead Auditor training certified by IRCA. This training will satisfy the requirements for IRCA Certification to all grades of Quality Management System Auditor.
• Attended a course for Introduction to ARC GIS(9) conducted by ESRI India Authorised Learning Centre at Indian Geo informatics Centre ,Chennai successfully completed on 20th July 2005

• Minimized the material cost, which was spent for spares& Tyre, Tube, flaps &Retreading materials during the year 1998 when compared to Last seven years in our Transport Corporation. (Quality Costing)
• Adopted the zero inventory Management for High Value items i.e.Tyre, Tubes, Flaps, Spring Leafs (Laminated Spring Leafs)
In Kuwait Public Transport Company , Kuwait ..
• Minimised the material cost for which was spent to spares during 2006 from 60 % to 40%.
• Online material management system had designed and implemented during 2006 for easy handling of materials.
• QFD method has been implemented in identifying the customers and lead to increase the revenue to 15% . (QFD-Quality function Deployment is a tool to identify the customers requirements)

QFD in Transport Organization means –it is dealt with identifying & understanding the customer requirements using QFD as a tool. I have conducted many QFD in bus transport organization which is easy to achieve 100% customer satisfaction. To improve income for our government transport company in india, I conducted QFD in ten segments like bus seats, bus outside, inside, departure, traveling, arrival, economic, environment, safety, reservation counter . Our organization has decided to implement the suggestions given detailed in the project, for improving the revenue of company. My company implemented my suggestions within one month and 10 to 15 % revenue has been increased. Easy way of capturing the voice of the customer and customer satisfaction, delight are possible through QFD only.
