Professional Experience:
My current job responsibilities include-

•Leading the research team in quantitative and qualitative policy analysis
•Design primary survey and lead the field team during data collection
•Compile project case studies and contribute to the technical report for the national and sub-national government
•Financial planning, resource and budget management
•Maintain overall deliverables of the projects
•Communications and coordination with the stakeholders and liaising with the ministries and other authority
•Working collaboratively in a team environment
•Contribute in writing proposal for research grant
•Organised large event, seminar, workshop and training program with multiple stakeholders

My work experience mainly focused in the issues related to transition of the electricity sector in the global south, energy security and energy efficiency from an interdisciplinary perspective. My extended area of work are behaviour and lifestyle choice as mitigation measures, SDGs and multi-level climate governance.

I have a strong academic grounding in environmental economics, energy economics and economics of climate change. I have worked on several projects which have provided policy inputs for both national and sub-national governments and successfully used analytical skill to transform theory into practical policy making. My association with IPCC has improved my understanding of international climate policy and also broadened my network of acquaintances and communication with researchers and policymakers from different countries.

Along with research work I am equipped to fulfil multiple responsibilities of project management efficiently including financial planning, resource and budget management, logistical arrangements, communication and coordination with the stakeholders and liaising with the government authority and maintain overall deliverables and milestones of the projects.

I have considerable knowledge and experience of conducting field surveys at both the individual and household levels. I am also trained in the use of participatory methodology and in conducting interviews of the policymakers and other stakeholders. I consider my ability to speak different Asian languages and communicate effectively is an added advantage.

I am proficient in MS-Office and other softwares for econometric modeling, primary data collection and graphical representation of research findings. I have a working knowledge of energy modeling tools. I have extensively worked with large datasets.

I am also working as a Chapter Scientist for the Sixth Assessment Cycle (AR6)of the IPCC. My responsibilities are

•Assist Coordinating Lead-Authors (CLAs) with their deliverables
•Checking cross-chapter overlaps in the text
•Prepare text, tables and figures
•Technical editing, handling and managing references
