Professional Experience:
Most recently, traveled to 96 countries working with diverse teams of individuals from over 160 nationalities with Emirates Airlines. Developed robust communication, teamwork, and problem-solving capabilities in this capacity.

Previously, spent nearly one year serving as volunteer Monitoring Evaluations Assistant and, subsequently, Innovations Officer for Kenyan office of international nonprofit Action for Children in Conflict. Gleaned critical insights through field and administrative experience, supporting program analysis and implementation in child education, vocational training, labor, rehabilitation, and capacity building space.

To support volunteer experience in Kenya, trained canvassers in local grassroots political activism campaign with the Fund for the Public Interest, which successfully sought to ban plastic grocery bags in California. This experience fostered leadership, training, organizational, and strategy skills, particularly through sole responsibility and implementation of week-long remote canvass initiative.

During summer internship with American Bar Association Rule of Law Initiative Africa Team, honed administrative, research, and analysis competencies through development, rule of law, and security briefs, and assisted with concept and grant proposals.
Education:
Currently pursuing MSc in International Development with SOAS University of London, anticipated graduation August 2021.

Graduated from University of Phoenix with BS in Management (Business Administration) July 2019. Awarded membership in Sigma Beta Delta, U.S. national scholastic honorary society for academic excellence in business.

As Regents' and Chancellor's scholar with University of California, Berkeley (2009-2013) studied political science, political economy, international relations, peace and conflict studies, and German language. Six months study abroad experience at University of KwaZulu Natal in South Africa exploring dimensions of international relations, jurisprudence, legacy of Apartheid, and Zulu language.
