Professional Experience: |
Over the past two years, I have led external evaluations for Partners in Learning. I conducted interviews, questionnaires and focus group discussions for a 350-farmer member groundnut co-op in eastern Uganda. My external assessments to the donor reports provide field methods, quantitative and qualitative data analysis.
For The Mitchell Group, Inc. I served as Technical Proposal Lead on USAID/Ethiopia Food For Peace Commodity Review and Study. With VMM International, I conducted a comprehensive review of Ebola Response projects for five of VMM’s implementing partners in Sierra Leone. I used OECD criteria throughout my assessments. I further led needs and risk assessments to drive proposal design and development for VMM partners in Sierra Leone. At the end of my field assignment, my external review of Ebola Response programs was delivered to donor Misean Cara (Irish Aid). In addition to leading business development in Sierra Leone, I developed Caritas Makeni’s 5-year strategy (2018-23) that included program aims, objectives, results-based framework and key performance indicators.
Other assignments I have fulfilled include USAID Food Security Grant Manager for US Peace Corps/Togo; Climate Research for VSO Uganda, Small Business Support in Haiti and Bangladesh as well as Climate Extension Outreach at Auburn University. Professional technical communicator with superior interpersonal skills and enthusiasm, I am persuasive and maintain an expansive global network.
