I have over 8 years of relevant experience delivering transformative development programs in resource challenged communities. My expertise covers development program management, data and policy analysis and research design including program evaluation. I have manage several projects for INGOs which include the conduct of organizational capacity assessment, development of a capacity building plan, baseline, mid-line and end-line studies in sectors such as agriculture, land, environment and Small and medium business enterprises. My skills also include business training. I also worked as a UNDP-Paid consultant on the development of Liberia’s first post-war national consensus document to reform business climate and to promote business and private sector growth. I also have experience leading research projects and delivering quality consulting services for the following organizations: Dalberg, AIFO-Liberia with funding from the Italian Development Corporation, Conservation International, UNDP, Oxfam, Catholic Overseas Development Agency, and a Social Impact Research firm (The Khana Group).

I hold a Master's in International Education Management from the Middlebury Institute of International Studies in Monterey, California, USA. I also hold a graduate certificate in Program Appraisal and Risk Management from the Duke Center for International Development (DCID), Duke University, North Carolina, USA. My undergraduate was in Sociology and Public Administration from the University of Liberia including several training in policy and program research design, project management, data analysis and program monitoring and evaluation including research and policy writing. I have extensive academic and practical experience in cross-cultural education and possess excellent skills in working with diverse cross-cultural teams.
