My professional experience are enriched from my job portfolios in India, UK, Afghanistan and the International Federation of Red Cross and Red Crescent Societies (IFRC). They have majorly included national capacity building, resource mobilisation, providing strategic stewardship and partnership development. I also design, assist and evaluate public health programmes in both development and in emergencies. I have more then 13 years of experience in programme management, more than 10 years as senior manager. I bring strong operational skills with an aptitude for constantly analysing information and providing feedback. I have worked in developing countries particularly those that are priority of humantarian and development organisations. My extensive experience in International Federation of Red Cross, in delivering at the last mile and my solid understanding of working with WHO, Government functionaries and other stakeholders will be of good advantage.
