Directed UNICEF’s 80-person Office of Research at D2-level between early 2018 and all of 2019, successfully overseeing a complex change management process that resulted in a tripling of core staff, and major expansion of donor funding due to enhanced outputs. Oversaw a $10 million research programme with workstreams on child poverty, cash transfers, child protection, migration, adolescents and education. Managed 45-person strong team of analysts, statisticians, communicators and administrative staff, raising millions and delivering strong results.
