- Strategic planning, project and program design, management, implementation, monitoring and evaluation, having been the Manager of the UN Rome-Based Agencies’ project on food loss reduction in food deficit areas jointly implemented by FAO, IFAD and WFP, funded by the Government of Switzerland; the Regional Technical Advisor for Agriculture, Food and nutrition security, Livelihoods in West Africa – Sahel with Catholic Relief Services (CRS); the Regional Coordinator of the Rural Agro-enterprise Development Project of Centro Internacional de Agricultura Tropical (CIAT) in Central America; the Coordinator of the Funds for development of the Canadian International Development Agency (CIDA) in Burkina Faso; and the Research Associate of the Africa and Madagascar Program and the Enterprise Development Department with Conservation International (CI), Washington, D.C.; and at the International Cotton Advisory Committee (ICAC), Washington, D.C.
