Professional Experience: |
As a head of Accreditations process, I have been in charge of the following responsabilities;
- implementation of the ACR process and recruiting, training and supervising the Team required to run the Accreditation operation (Staff and Volunteers)
- Manage the planning and delivery of the Accreditation process across all Mediterranean Family Games groups (19.000 accreditations, 26 National Olympic Committees, International Committee of the Mediterranean Games (ICMG), working closely with them in the necessary daily communication and relationships.
- Manage the data system and liaising with all the Functional Areas involved on the accreditation process, mainly with the NOC Relations and Entries departments.
- Produce the necessary reports and procedures related with the Accreditation process (Guest Pass, Day pass, Privileges, access to the venues, Help Desk, Consumer services…)
- Deal with provider and management of purchases of the necessary material resources.
- Start –up and managing the 6 accreditations centres and theirs teams.
As a Coordinator and Managing the Corporate Social Responsibility, I have been in charge of the following projects:
Educational Project
- Awareness campaign about the values education through the sport, the interculturality and integration through sport in 278 educative centres of the Province of Tarragona.
- Deal with the executive teams of all the stakeholders (educative Centres, Universities, companies, public organisations, NGOs, sport and sport council of the territory.)
- Monitoring the activities developed within the project and participating in some of the,
Project Values 2017 of the Games
- Implementation of the project value 2017 as an identity brand of the Games and promote the activities developed from the involved stakeholders and that represent values specified in the same essence of the Games.
- Deal with the executive teams of the involved Stakeholders (City councils, educative Centres, Universities, companies, publics organisations, sport, cultural, social organisation, NGOs and sport council of the territory.)
- Coordinate and monitoring the activities developed within the project.
Cultural Program of the Games
- Elaborate the Programming draft of the Cultural Program Tarragona 2018.
- Deal with all the involved Stakeholders (City council and the cultural organizations.)
CSR plan of the Games
- Identification of fundamental CSR plans and practices in different fields of intervention of the Games; administration, cultural, social and environmental.
Ruract Project (Revaluating RURal areas in Europe though the development of social farming activities)
- Coordinator of the Games
- Assistance to events and events of the Project
- Preparation of the final evaluation report

I'm member of "Médicos del Mundo"
As achievements highlight my last experience being responsible for accreditations of the XVIII Tarragona 2018 Mediterranean Games and having managed successfully, given the economic and personnel circumstances:
1 the accreditation process with more than 19. 000 accreditations, 26 National Olympic Committees.
2. the management and training of the accreditation team, including volunteers.
3. the start-up and operation of the 6 accreditation centres.
Another achievement that I feel very proud has been working as a social responsibility project coordinator but especially in international cooperation projects and having achieved, through 2 projects, that Bolivian and Ecuadorian immigrants will find a better future in our country. These 2 projects were:
1. Co-development project "Strengthening of the Productive Chain of organic coffee in the Provinces of Loja, Ecuador)" funded by the UNDP-EU.
2.Co-development project between Bolivia and Spain: strengthening and giving formation to the Bolivian Community of Valencia in topics such as Management of Social projects; immigration Law, social and labor insertion and citizen participation in local affairs and project management of international Cooperation.
Finally, another achievement that I am satisfied with is having obtained scholarships to study abroad, France and Switzerland and having worked on European affairs in the President's Cabinet of the European Parliament.
