Motivated and highly experienced global health practitioner (MBChB , MSC Public Health) passionate about designing, implementing, and monitoring PEPFAR and Non PEPFAR supported health system strengthening programs, for improved primary health outcomes for a focus on Sexual Reproductive Maternal, Newborn, Child & Adolescents health, HIV/AIDS, TB, STDs, Aging health among others. - Provided Third Party Monitoring support to the USAID/Uganda Mission Team-for PEPFAR program transition-local health partners/localisation with 100% success.
-Successfully managed/coordinated complex SRMNCAH & HIV programs in Uganda with funding > 5million USD acihieving improvements in primary health outcomes and health systems indicators.
-Coordinated clinical trials/Cohorts and operational research in the HIV drug treatment sphere, leading to publications and over time, changes in ART regimens.
