Professional Experience:
I am Medical doctor, Public Health manager and Health Services Researcher with 10 years+ experience and technical skills in Health Systems and Programming for developing countries. I am passionate about Health Services Delivery Models for developing countries across a spectra of technical areas such as Sexual & Reproductive (including Family Planning & Safe Post Abortion Care Services), Maternal and Newborn Health, Child Health-Immunization, Growth and Nutrition, Adolescent Health, eMTCT, EID, HIV prevention and ART programs, community health systems (designing and implementing community health systems –VHTs health promotion and Maternal and Newborn Health Surveillance Systems using mobile technologies & m-Health), MNH Surveillance Systems, Capacity building and General Primary Health care. I have experience designing, implementing and evaluating (M&E) of RMNCAH programs in public and private health sector in rural Uganda. Additionally, i have successfully provided high quality consulting services as an Independent evaluator for DevPart consults –carried out Data Quality Assessments (Audits) and Impact E valuations of the EMTCT/HIV/TB/Malaria Programs for the Global Fund Local Agency in Rwanda, Uganda, Lesotho, Site Improvement through Monitoring Systems (SIMs) evaluations for USAID programs in Uganda (RMNCAH) and Peadiatric care Service evaluations for SOS international in Ghana, Angola and Uganda. I have experience with the following donor programs- CDC, USAID, DFID, UNICEF, ELMA Foundation and STBF (Susan Thompson Buffet Foundation).

Education:
I have a masters in Public Health (Health Services Research) from the London School of Hygiene and Tropical Medicine (Commonwealth Scholar) and a bachelors in Medicine and Surgery (M.B.CH.B) from Makerere University, Uganda.I have attended several short professional courses to improve on my technical competence and skills in Health Development Programs such as;
