Professional Experience:

Currently since 3 years regional director - heading programs managed by 22 staff in 13 countries in Latin America. Earlier country director in Southern Sudan - 200 staff, and Ethiopia - 12 staff.
Before becoming a senior manager I worked as an expert with focus on children in armed conflict and forced displacement with various assignments in Mexcio, Guatemala, Nicaragua, Venezuela, Cote D'Ivoire, Tanzania-Burundi, Angola, Occupied Palestinian Territories, Colombia, Vietnam and also for 1,5 years as Advocacy officer towards the European Union.
I am part of a leadership development program within my organisation where I mentor and facilitate peer managers leadership development.
