Develop an integrated field mission targeting very high-risk state and LGAs. Conduct field mission in the highest risk LGAs, wards, settlements to provide supportive supervision support the development communication plans at the state level and ensure its implementation Plan and facilitate ToT/training for the state /LGA and partners Support EPI communication and social mobilization at national, state, LGA, ward levels through community engagement strategies. Support and Coordinate VCMs network activities Design and implement strategies for hard to reach, nomadic and minority groups at the state LGA and ward levels, informed by the equity analysis and aligned with coverage and equity plans. Integration and support other child survival interventions (Nutrition Health education and wash Sector) Support development of an LGA Social Mobilization Action Plans for SIAs and mop-ups targeting high-risk Wards in the high-risk LGAs within the State. Advocate with LGA/Ward policy makers, religious and traditional leaders for support for the implementation of routine immunization strategy. Work directly and collaborate with Traditional leaders at the district and ward level for increased community participation and OPV acceptance to reduce missed children during campaigns Provide support to the State and LGAs to develop & update the work plan/action plan to strengthen maternal child health services within the community.
