• Worked with the team to increase brewing gravities in Club Lager and Beta malt.
• Lead and Managed People, Plant, Process, Systems and Service Requirements for the 1.6 ml /HL Brewery
• Lead, entrenched and address the Safety, Quality and Environmental systems
• Applied Strategic Knowledge of the Brewing Plant and Processes
