I received my BA Hons Business degree at Dublin Business School, and started working at an English language school in 2012. While there I excelled both professionally and personally as I quickly got promoted from an English language teacher to the Director of Studies at the end of 2016. I also obtained my MSc in Education and Training Leadership at Dublin City University in the same year.

Education: |
Masters in Education and Training Management (Leadership)
This degree taught me how to be a leader and to effectively manage teams and individuals. It also gave me the skillset to manage and train employees as well as dealing with any changes within an organisation.
My thesis for my Masters delved into Continuous Professional Development. The main purpose of my thesis was to discover whether employees want continuous professional development and what obstacles companies face in providing the right continuous professional development.
