Professional Experience: |
1. International Volunteer with VSO in Mozambique (2014-15, 2020 - ongoing), Myanmar (2016-2019) and Philippines (May to Dec 2019).
2. UN Women Afghanistan - worked as a Marketing Specialist and worked with Ministry of Women's Affairs.
3. UN Women
a) Work with Ministry of Rural Development, Government of India on Socio Economic and Caste Census 2011. Responsibilities include training, coordination, monitoring, staff support and policy discussions
b) Department of Telecommunications, Government of India - Worked on Sachar Shakti project - for proposal evaluation, monitoring and capacity building for the pilot phase.
4. From May 2000 to September 2010 Experience of working with BAIF Development Research Foundation - Facilitation of Gender Integration in Livelihood Programs, SHG Strengthening, Monitoring of Development Programs, Staff Capacity Building, Documentation.

After graduating in Mathematics I further did my Masters in three different subjects - Indology, Philosophy and Sociology. The post graduation education was spread over the years from 1992 to 2010 - I pursued the study while working.
