I have been a seasoned Humanitarian and development practitioner for more than 12 years, possessing extensive expertise in civic engagement, civil society, partnerships, and capacity building. With a professional background as a leader and a deep commitment. I am driven by lifelong learning and practical experiences. These acquired skills play a crucial role in realizing my aspirations as a civic mentor and humanitarian professional, facilitating the delivery of vital programmatic services to civil society organizations, vulnerable populations, and people from marginalized societies globally.
My skills are honed and encompass Capacity Development leadership, program management, partnership, knowledge development, critical thinking, communication, and coaching, through strategic management and engagement. As an AMEL Leadership Certified professional, 2023 Public Management and Leadership Fellow (US Mission Uganda), Maxwell Leadership Certified (Developing the Leader Within You), and African Civic Engagement Fellow (University of Georgia), I bring practical work experience in advocacy, good governance, Land Rights, and political participation. Specializing in Disability and CSO engagement, Governance, Inclusion, and Partnership management. I am also the founder of Citizens Power, a Pan-African Civic Engagement and Civil Society Development Organization registered in Liberia.
