I have worked in the health sector for over 20 years, with a focus on program management monitoring and evaluation for various organizations, including, the Global Fund to fight AIDS, Tuberculosis and Malaria, International Federation of the Red Cross, New Dimensions Consultancy/Namibia Ministry of Health, World Bank Zambia MAP project (ZANARA), United States Agency for International Development, Catholic Relief Services, Voluntary Services Overseas, Project Concern International, Zambia Red Cross Society/Street Kids International. Cumulatively, over this period managed programs worth over USD 2 billion dollars, with about USD 1.8 billion during the last years at the Global Fund. During this period, specialized in developing and maintaining monitoring, evaluation and reporting systems for about 8 years. Computer Literacy: Windows software, Microsoft office (incl.PowerPoint, Word, & Excel)

-Master of Arts Degree, Population and Reproductive Health Research, with a concentration in monitoring and evaluation, Mahidol University, Institute for Population and Social Research (Thailand. 1999-2000); thesis: Risky Sexual Behavior and HIV Infection in Zambia: A Multivariate Analysis of Socio-Demographic Predictors, P.
