Developed a novel pricing structure that spanned current and future process nodes and was dependent on step pricing. Modeled it, calculated the impact on the company’s gross profits, and gained approval of management.
Implemented a “bottoms up” sales forecast process that streamlined the entire sales forecasting process. Engaged a third-party software provider that allowed each level of Sales to forecast their businesses and roll aggregate to each level of management, ultimately to the VP of Sales, while ensuring strict visibility/confidentiality guidelines Data utilized for forecast calls and presentations and culminated into a single forecast for the Sales organization
Established and implemented pricing strategies to achieve revenue and gross margin targets for 5 Tier-1 Communications and Data Center accounts with annual Xilinx revenues over $50M. 2013 Design Wins had potential for $138M in lifetime revenue.
