Have 15 years of experience across corporate & investment banking, corp. fin. advisory, corporate, public policy, and private equity (family office setting). Have advised corporates on JVs/partnerships and other structured and project financings, public and private debt/equity capital raises, M&A, and a wide variety of applied corporate finance issues and policymaking topics (e.g., capital structure, valuation, liquidity, cost of capital/returns, shareholder returns, etc.). Also have worked in project finance and M&A at a Fortune 325 US corporate and making direct private equity investments in energy, including renewables, and natural resources companies and assets at a private equity firm / family office.

Studied finance and international business at Georgetown University where I received an undergraduate BSBA degree magna cum laude with a 3.895 overall GPA in 2003. Earned a master in public policy (MPP) with a concentration in International & Global Affairs from the Kennedy School of Government at Harvard University in 2012.
