Susan Okoh is a seasoned Finance Professional who is passionate about Gender Inclusion and parity. She is interested in helping institutions increase the participation of females in the economy and continues to improve her skills in this field.
In over ten years, she has built a strong career in Financial Services with experiences in several roles ranging from Risk Management, Financial Control to Managing Teams in Strategy and now coordinating women banking across African Subsidiaries. In her immediate past role, she was the Head of Women Banking at Diamond Bank Plc where she was responsible for developing and executing strategies targeted at improving the inclusion of women with financial and non-financial services. She actively supports the development and delivery of training modules, capacity building sessions, business advisory clinics, and female empowerment initiatives.
She has worked in several International and Nigerian organizations and has featured as an industry expert on the CNBC TV business show as well as been a plenary speaker at a Global Women’s conference in Jordan, Amman. She has a degree in Economics and a master’s in finance from Cranfield School of Management in the UK. She enjoys reading, learning new languages and exploring new destinations
