National Coordinator in Colombia (80%) Responsible for country Program. Project Lead of a cluster project in peace building financed by the European Union and GIZ. Coordination of a team of international experts, local development workers and volunteers to strengthen a national peacebuilding network (REDPRODEPAZ). Consulting in organizational development of local peacebuilding and development programs with regional scope (Caribbean coast) and focus on knowledge management and sustainability. Main result: Managed to extend the exit strategy of INTERTEAM by acquiring funding of the European Union and contributing to the organizational sustainability and ownership of the local peacebuilding programs in Colombia.
