I have spent the last 20 years in HIV prevention from Prevention of mother to child transmission to HIV Testing Services to Medical Male Circumcision and Condom Social Marketing. I have designed, set up and nurtured nascent programs, trained staff on required skills, managed budgets, managed sub-awardees, prepared and submitted reports to donors. I have successfully worked with people at all levels. I have also worked as a teacher of special needs children, a Family Therapist and a Training officer.

•Certificate in Advanced Health Management, Foundations for Professional Development (S.A.) and Yale University, 2007.

Affiliations and Achievements: |
- Developed the new South African government free issue condom Max and also a condom for the military called Masibambesane.
- Set up the first South African HIV testing program that took services out of the clinics into the communities using tents
- Got the counsellor training program accredited
- Set up quality control and quality assurance systems for the HIV testing program
- Supported nascent NGOs to set up and run their own programs
