Professional Experience: |
The activities in which my contribution has been relevant are related to data analysis (quantitative and qualitative information in public and private industries and fields) and the development and implementation of public and trade policy strategies and trade promotion and investment promotion, with measurable efficiency.
I have done it, since 2001 until the present, at several institutions, being part of official international negotiators teams, to the management of public policy designing units, always in close liaison with private sector actors.
As an economist linked to the public sector, I have collaborated with specialized organizations, mainly in the agricultural and productive sector, but also in organizations with broader objectives and goals and with transversal axes such as export promotion and attraction of investments from an Asian country towards the Ecuador.
Due to the permanent exposure to interdisciplinary and multicultural environments, I have acquired negotiation, mediation skills and accute organizational skills, at the macro level in the formulation of inputs for public policy of incentive for the productive sector (sectoral public policy and promotion), as at the micro and business level in areas of facilitation, guidance and accompaniment to Ecuadorian representatives of the productive sector interested in broadening their horizons to international markets.
