Professional Experience: |
My emphasis has been on enhancing access to healthcare for the marginalized and vulnerable sections of the society for the last 5 years. Having worked on early childhood development intensively, I was convinced that investing in early childhood care is the key ingredient for healthy communities. Hence, I adopted a collaborative approach bringing various stakeholders together to plan and strengthen interventions. Also, as the lead manager I have been involved in harnessing community and stakeholder engagement for ensuring sustainability of initiatives. It also gave me an opportunity to lead a team of frontline workers and bring about effective changes not just at the grassroots but helped in personal growth too. Being equipped with the technical expertise and ability to demonstrate impact has been one of the most fulfilling aspects of my work.

Education: |
I have always been enamored by medicine and hence pursued my graduation in clinical dentistry which offered me the opportunity to become an instrument in treating patients. After 2 years of practice, I yearned for work in a wider area but within the health care domain and hence went on to complete my post graduation in health management from Institute of Health Management Research Jaipur
