Sept 2016 to present - consultant to various foundations and non-profit organisations, including acting as Outreach and Education Ambassador in Africa for the Public Interest Registry (PIR), the entity responsible for operating the .org Top Level Domain (TLD), with more than 10.3 million non-commercial users worldwide (1 September 2017 - 30 June 2018).

July 2013 to August 2016 - Vice-President: Africa for TechSoup, the largest provider of technology services to non-profit organisations worldwide.

June 2000 to June 2013 - Executive Director of SANGONeT, a non-profit organisation at the forefront of providing technology and capacity-building services to the non-profit sector in Southern Africa.

February 1992 to May 2000 - Manager: Programme for Development Research (Prodder) at the Human Sciences Research Council (HSRC). Developed various offline and online information products for the non-profit and development sectors in Southern Africa.
