Coordination role in Renewable Supply for Rural Areas (RESRA), a 3-million Euro rural electrification project focusing on 26 villages across rural/tribal regions in Chhattisgarh and Maharashtra. Responsibilities across management, reporting on operational/implementation plan, developing business models in distributed power generation, facilitating coordination between head office and local project office and networking with social/development organizations and private entrepreneurs.

• Developing business models for distributed power generation in rural areas
• Conceptualizing and conducting workshops on capacity building of women as the Gender expert for RESRA
