Professional Experience: |
With over fifteen years of experience as Human Resources Expert, in leading international organizations in South and South-East Asia, including the Association of South East Asia Nations (ASEAN) Secretariat, Oxfam GB, the United Nations Development Programme, the World Bank Office, and the World Food Programme, I can bring valuable leadership skills and expertise to the Human Resources team in international organizations.
For the past fifteen years, I have not only been leading operations of Human Resources Management, but also worked on institutional capacity building. More specifically, I facilitated and coordinated the development of the national Human Resources Systems and Policy for the Indonesian Supreme Court, Ministry of Health, and Coordinating Ministry of Economics, covering over 30,000 employees.
One of the recent successes I have accomplished is playing a leading role in the establishment of a Competency-Based Human Resources Management System, Assessment Tools, and Assessment Centre for the Supreme Court of the Republic of Indonesia, as well as the development of the Court’s Enterprise Architecture of the Human Resources Information Systems, which finalized in April 2018. Next to providing expert advice, I actively lobbied key stakeholders -with divergent interests- to create commitment to, and strengthen ownership of, these systems and tools.
With respect to recruitment and resourcing, I have successfully initiated, executed and safe-guarded, high-volume recruitment processes of both international and national staff and consultancy positions. This included the development of a consultant/technical assistance database and talent pool. Ensuring timely, transparent, and fair processes have always been my key motivation.
