As co-founder and principal consultant of Alitheia Ghana Limited (an all-female led SME advisory firm), I have experience helping businesses prepare for the future (strategic planning & financial mgmt.), optimize use of resources (performance mgmt.) and get the basics right (accounting and controls).
While much of my experience has been in the private sector, I sought this role as part of my journey in transitioning to the social sector. My social sector experiences include: Board member for Environment360, a Africa based female found NGO that helps communities harvest the full value of their plastic waste through sustainable recycling schemes and educational campaigns ; Collaboration with UNICEF Ghana to connect young female tech innovators with UNICEF mentors to help shape their prototypes for market entry. Also helped identify UX/UI designers to lead UNICEF organized human centered design session for adolescent girls ; Ally/supporter of the African Gifted Foundation, a Ghana based, US registered NGO focused on educating young gifted female scientists from across Africa.
