Developed TI’s work on prosecuting grand corruption, including researching kleptocracy cases, setting legal strategy for public interest litigation, designing specific case campaigns.

Chief executive officer for a coalition of international NGOs (Amnesty International, Human Rights Watch, Jesuit Refugee Service, Terre des Hommes, International Save the Children Alliance, World Vision, Quakers International) on children’s rights and helped NGOs to use the Optional Protocol.
Supervised worldwide research and coalition work on child soldier recruitment, disarmament, demobilisation, rehabilitation and reintegration to publish the Global Report on Child Soldiers.

Coordinated GBP £4 million budget, supervision of research, political analysis and campaigning.
