Accountable for delivery of effective disaster responses through management of response teams in the first 3-6 months of a disaster. Response teams ranged from 20 – 600 staff. Budgets ranged from USD20 million- USD192 million. Significant accomplishments:

*Successfully led disaster responses in Haiti and Pakistan meeting the needs of more than 1.9 million and 650,000 people respectively.
*Provided guidance to and built capacity for WV Japan’s tsunami response as advisor to the Response Manager
