Projects managed include establishing an HR service to support UN operations; supporting the Iraqi Compact; CSO development; logistic support to referendums and elections; conflict mitigation in communities and a research project in Sri Lanka. I have led international consultants and local staff and developed and implemented programmes and projects in support of UN, EU and other Donors’ objectives. I have a track record of working effectively with National and local governments and CSOs. Masters degree, programme management and facilitation qualifications. Major strengths: needs assessments, workshop facilitation, training development/delivery. Experienced deliverer of organisational change and management development programmes in the UK private and public sector. Former British Army logistics/ammunition and explosives officer.
