Professional Experience:
• 15th Jan 14 – 29th Jun 18: Served as the Chief Inspector of BAF at Air Headquarters in Dhaka.
• 12th Mar 09 – 14th Jan 14: Served as the Air Officer Commanding (AOC) of BAF Base at Jessore and also at Tangail. The AOC of BAF Base in Jessore is also the Commandant of the BAF Academy and conducted total six President Graduations of cadets. Organized the Maintenance, Repair and Overhauling (MRO) unit of BAF at Jessore for certification of ISO 9001-2008 for the first time.
• 9th Jul 05 – 11th Mar 09: Served as the head of Human Resource Management Branch in Bangladesh Air Force Headquarters at Dhaka
• 8th Jan 04 – 8th Jul 05: Served as director of plans in Air Headquarters to deal, negotiate and conclude many contracts between parties at the state level.
• 2nd Aug 03 – 7th Jan 04: After higher command course for nearly a year in China, took over the responsibilities as commander of operation wing in BAF Base at Dhaka.
• 16th Mar 02 – 27th Aug 02: Served for a short period as the deputy director of Plans in the Air Headquarters of Bangladesh Air Force at Dhaka before taking over the command of administration wing in BAF base at Chittagong.
• 14th Mar 99 – 15th Mar 02: Served as a member of the prestigious faculty of Defense Service Command and Staff College at Mirpur.
• 16th Jan 95 – 13th Mar 99: Served again in the operational helicopter squadron of Bangladesh Air Force but in higher designations of flying instructor and second-in-command. Later twice assumed to be the commander of the same operational flying squadron.
• Peace Keeping Services: 15th Jan 94 – 15th Jan 95: United Nations Military Observer (UNMO) in Bosnia and Herzegovina (UNPROFOR) including performed duties as senior operation officer in UNMO HQ at Zagreb.
• 10th Jan 91 – 14th Jan 94: Served in the operational helicopter squadron of Bangladesh Air Force in designations of flying instructor. Later assumed to be the second-in-command of the same operational flying squadron.
• 20th Mar 89 – 9th Jan 91: Performed duties as flying instructor pilot in the Basic flying squadron of Bangladesh Air Force Academy to teach flying to abinitio cadets.
• 16th May 83 – 19th Mar 89: Since commissioning on 16th May 83, served as squadron pilot in operational helicopter squadron of Bangladesh Air Force.
