RESEARCH TRIANGLE INSTITUTE (RTI) INTERNATIONAL, Public Health Specialist, August 2017—Present. Public health researcher working with the health team in RTI International-India. Responsible for managing current health portfolio projects and build strategic networks with CSR foundations, government bodies, multilateral donors and other public health organizations. Design and conduct research studies to support the development and testing of innovations and oversee and support the conduct of quantitative and qualitative research, including household and health facility surveys to assure the quality of the data collected.
INTERNATIONAL INITIATIVE FOR IMPACT EVALUATION (3ie), Senior Consultant, August 2016—August 2017. Senior researcher at Policy, Advocacy and Communication Office (PACO) in 3ie. Responsible for critical appraisal of 3ie grants, improve evidence uptake and use, monitoring, and reporting system. Work closely with staff on evidence uptake and use across various thematic windows, using both qualitative and quantitative methods and create knowledge products for wider dissemination.

I supported JHSPH faculty in a behavior change literacy research project on analyzing public health outcomes of drug addiction across Baltimore City. The title of the project was: Methadone Addiction amongst Adolescents belonging to Minority Groups in Baltimore.
