As a practitioner, Milly previously worked in senior management and advisory roles with several diverse industries across the globe prior to becoming a management consultant. With a focus on innovation and collaborative problem solving, Milly has a record of creating, growing, and leading profitable operating businesses through change management, strategy design, as well as client and customer focus. she was the recipient of the 2015 award of excellence, recognized by the province of Alberta for leadership excellence in strategy and capacity building. As a scholar, she is a keen researcher with a PhD in Human Organizational Systems and Human Development. Not only has her work been published in several Organizational Development ISBN books as well as the International Journal of Knowledge Sciences, Milly is also a two time award winner for top 40 under 40 international scholars award. She also teaches part time at the University of Calgary.
