Child Protection Practitioner: Experience in evidence-building, advocacy and technical support for child protection system strengthening; training in Child Protection System Strengthening Standards; addressing the social and behavioural dimensions of the response to Violence against Children (familiarity with developing National Costed Plans of action for Child protection; review of Child protection Regulations/Standards and addressing child protection in emergencies).

Program Quality Expert: Proven experience in strengthening the quality of programs for sustained impact, results and accountability and demonstrated strength in reforming systems and structures in line with the changing implementation landscape for quality outcomes and action. I possess solid experience in the implementation of project review systems, comprehensive M&E systems, staff and partner capacity assessments and development.
