Program Coordinator at PACT-Congo/USAID for Community Development Department at Tenke Fungurume Mining an affiliate of Freeport McMoRan Copper and Gold over 6 years;
Project Manager at PATH/USAID; Different positions in private and nonprofit international organizations funded USAID namely PACT Inc, PATH and IFES with oversight over day-to-day management; Have enormous experienced for one-on-one on-job coaching of staff and recommendations for further training and study tours within DRC and abroad (Zambia, South, Ghana, USA);
