With more than 35 years of experience - working with Government of Nepal for 5 years and UNICEF for 30 years - I have very good experience in planning and management of Health & Nutrition, Education, Child Protection and Water & Sanitation Programme. As can be seen from my CV, I have demonstrated strong leadership and programme management skills consistently while managing integrated and multi-sectroal programme as well as working as Chief, Field Services recently in Myanmar. Having worked in Nepal, Pakistan, Iraq, Egypt, Viet Nam and Myanmar, I have demonstrated my ability to quickly adapt to new situations and understand local conditions and complexities, and easily network and establish working relationships within the Organization and externally with Government and other partners.
