Professional Experience: |
I have been working for international institutions / NGOs for the last 15 years occupying different senior technical, managerial and leadership positions.
In various positions, I led the design and successful implementation of several projects and programs covering various African countries.
At Welthungerhilfe (http://www.welthungerhilfe.de ) in Rwanda, for 8 years I served in many technical and leadership positions, from various field technical and managerial positions to the Country Representative position, supporting and/or leading the planning and implementation of several rural socio-economic development projects and programs with various donor institutions.
At the International Land Coalition (www.landcoalition.org)-ILC, for 7 years I served in high level international positions, first as Africa Regional Program Manager and later as Africa Regional Coordinator, providing technical and strategic leadership support to about 100 members of ILC from about 30 countries in Africa - ILC is a membership based non governmental international organization/network.
