Professional Experience: |
•Lead, plan, organize and coordinate all data collection activities •Provide technical expertise and supervision of day-to-day activities of data collection with the field staff •Provide budgetary and operational recommendations to the Operations team, Country Coordinator, Project Administrator and Project Manager •Supervise a team of 40 field staff and manage the payroll system in the field •Coordinate with the district, health, and settlement representatives in the implementation area to ensure the successful implementation of the Lake Chad Mapping project •Coordinate all logistics and military escort for the field data collectors •Coordinates all data collection staff and data collection activities carried in implementation areas •Coordinates sensitization meetings at all local levels (district, health areas, zones, settlements) •Provide technical support, information setup and configuration •Set up of ODK forms for every district to be visited by field data collectors •Transfer data collected from mobile phones to the eHealth team on a weekly basis •Works closely with the Geographic Information Systems (GIS) Analysts to ensure data quality standards are met for all data collection activities, and provide input into development of field planning maps and guides •Ensures periodic of synchronization of field data collected •Introduce field data collectors to health facilities head and local informants other responsibilities •Promote a positive, supportive, cooperative team environment while adhering to Policies and Procedures
