Professional Experience:
During my varied experience of over 6 years at Nestlé, I’ve worked in both Sales and Brand Management functions handling distinct responsibilities in each. Both involved a great deal of people management, project management, P&L responsibility, planning and execution expertise, and have equipped me with the necessary skills to handle general management and administration well. My time at Nestle has given me a deep understanding of complex FMCG scenarios, managing large scale, long-term projects and working with multiple stakeholders and teams.
As Senior Brand Manager in the Nutrition group, I am fully in charge of preparation and execution of the strategy for my brand at a national level and for all expenditure involved in the same. My work demands a high level of coordination with internal teams, (Sales, Medical Detailing, Media, Supply Chain, Technical) and external teams (Creative, Research agencies, vendors) to ensure timely implementation of these projects.
As Key Accounts Manager, I was responsible for ‘Organised Retail’ Sales for all Nestlé products in North India. I successfully led a large team to achieve competitive sales targets, ensure end-to-end implementation of promotional activities, handle supplies effectively and manage relationships with all national and regional Retail Chains being serviced by Nestlé. My role involved extensive coordination with the Traditional Sales, Supply Chain and Finance teams for quick decision-making and efficient execution of projects.
