Professional Experience:
Experienced humanitarian and development proffessional mostly engaged in designing and technical supporting the implementation of food security and livelihoods programs in various context. Have managed to ensure integration of livelihoods programs with protection, nutrition and disaster risk management intervention to ensure the delivery of holistic packages to beneficiaries. I have worked both in emergency and developmental settings in improving quality of life of particularly women and girls. Am knowledgeable in working with various donors in promoting resilience of communities and improving safety nets. also worked as a Program Officer involved in developing value chains and market support programmes.
Education:
BSc honours in Agriculture specialising in Agronomy from the University of Zimbabwe, graduated in 2001. I am currently undertaking masters degree in developmental studies. I have knowledge on project management, value chain development, saving groups, cash based programming, vouchers and farmer managed natural regeneration.
